lovingeveryminute ...is reclaiming my writing nest!
OK, so I am not all the political crap that gets tried out here and sifted for debris before other states do the exact same thing and no one pays any attention—well, OK, maybe I’m a little of that, too-at least enough to be perturbed every time it happens!
The reason I say I AM Arizona is that my family helped settle this part of the Southwest, and being a fourth generation native is part of my identity.
That’s why I am so thrilled to have my work published in a collaborative poetry book commemorating Arizona’s centennial, which was Valentine’s Day, 2012! ♥ ♥ ♥
The book is called, “Arizona: 100 Years, 100 Poems, 100 Poets” and was compiled by Stuart Watkins. It will sell on Amazon for $12 and my poem is on page 50. I actually posted it somewhere here on 43T back when I first wrote it. It’s now called “Land that I Love”.
