Ella and Poppy on a bike ride this morning. WE didn’t get too far before they said they were VERY tired, their legs were REALLY hurting, their tummies were sore because they were VERY hungry (just had breakfast). So we toddled off after about half hour into the cafe to have treats. Out of everything they could have had (huge variety of sandwiches, rolls, cakes, salads etc) they both chose a bowl of coco pops.
