In the past 10 days I have gone to the gym 8 times! I started off with 3 days a week, but so far this week I’ve been going every single day. I feel so great, and healthier, and more self-confident.
I’ve also started waking up earlier every morning, so that I can take the time to do a quick ab workout, and do my hair and makeup.
I’m averaging around a pound a day, and I’ve passed the 5 lbs. mark so far! Spring Break is next week and it’s really going to be a challenge, but I’m still going to keep eating healthy and doing my ab workout, so hopefully it’s not too much of a setback.
