Took my vitamins, hydrated, and ate protein filled dinner tonight after doing a solid cardio and strength building workout!Enjoyed stretching in the hot tub too!
And certainly relished my much needed 3 hour nap this afternoon!!!
Taking tomorrow off from working with clients to give my body a three day break from massage to rest and heal, though in all honesty I’m feeling pretty good. Will spend the day tomorrow catching up with clerical work, including data entry and starting to figure out my taxes as well, so I’ll want to make sure to sip soothing hot tea and take pleanty of stretch breaks along the way!
