Archer at the moment of releasing an arrow  — 2 years ago

I have an idea for my “comeback” painting.

An archer (I’m into archery) at full draw. I’m going to use tight brushstrokes, red spectrum colours and facial expression to convey TENSION… the anticipation and strain just before loosing an arrow.

Looks great in my head – we’ll see how it turns out!
