I kind of had to. My car was rear-ended and totaled, so I had to replace it. The insurance was enough for a down-payment, but I now have a car payment every month (last car was paid off), and a higher insurance rate. I got a 1-year-old Hyundai Accent. It’s nice having a new car with working a/c, but I wish the circumstances would have been different (not to mention I now have a screwed-up neck from the injuries I sustained).
