hblibrarian is creating goals!
Without changeing my diet too much, I want to lose 10 lbs
I have lost 12 solid pounds (through diet changes but without excersise) but hate the dieting, I would like to lose 10 more but maybe reverse it and eat what I want within reason but excersise more. I would also like to do this within 3 months. I think I will begin counting calories today but more important excising about 30 minutes a day at least 5 days a week.
