Since December last year, with heaps of High intensity interval training and good healthy good I’ve lost the 25kgs, and now I am on my way to reach below the 90kg mark, I am not going for 80kg (my recommended weight for my BMI) – I can feel my body getting toned, flab literally melting off. No pills, no diets, no B/S, and specially no special equipment that you see on telly.
