that in order to let go of the bad, you must also let go of the cause of that bad. Even if it’s not so bad anymore. Sigh.

I know exactly what you are referring to. I need to let go of of the bad, and it’s difficult because I tell myself it isn’t so bad anymore. We both know I am deceiving myself….
