the sun is shining again....

I’m feeling a lot better than I was a couple of days ago – I met a friend yesterday and we ran for more than an hour (planning to go running with her more often), and while I was completely and utterly drained afterwards, I felt good about talking to someone, and also just seeing that losing weight doesn’t have to be a pain, and can be quite enjoyable…

Having skipped weight training yesterday I did it this morning after my 35 minute run in the forest right after school, and I’m feeling a lot better about things at the moment…

Things are slowly looking good, and I’m feeling thin, healthy and I’ve noticed that even in the 5 days I’ve been sticking to my program I’ve become quite a bit fitter – In 2 days a whole week has already passed!
