This recipe was so yummy and easy because it was done in the slow cooker. It had such a unique taste to it, but wasn’t too sweet which I really liked. The tomatoes were good but I would do them entirely different and cut them horizontally instead of length wise next time. I added in Parmesan cheese, bacon and a few spices.
