only 3 more pounds to go… I actually had no idea I was so close to this goal until I weighed myself the other day!
How I’ve done it:
Playing soccer two days a week, drinking lots of water, no soda & no sweets, VERY limited sugar, walking a lot, going to the gym, and eating a lot better than I was in the past.
WOO HOO! and with a wedding coming… YAYYYY!! maybe I just might fit into a cute wedding dress :)
