Ok. So, I took a Benadryl last night and the insane puffy bloating issue hasgone down. I still need to get a healthier diet though… and I could stand to lose a little bit of weight but everything that I felt like I’d ballooned appears to have been water retention and/or an allergic reaction. Thank god…. I can still see I’ve gained a little bit of weight over the last month or so and I can feel it in my skin and energy level: I’m eating too much processed sugar/carbs. I get paid this Thursday (tomorrow!!) so I will make a healthy food grocery list. I don’t think I’m going to limit my total food intake just the type of food I’m eating. Still thinking of doing a carb cleanse too but only for two weeks.
