workout for 15 days in march

I know I’m failing this goal now, but I’d rather not give up. It’s better to fail than to give up. So, I’ll write about my process here.

  1. 18/3/2012, 2-hour walk
  2. 19/3/2012, 15 mins cycling {3.6km} + 15 mins abs and arms exercises
  3. 20/3/2012, 15 mins cycling {3.65km} + 20 mins abs, arms and legs exercises

You're right

I missed my workout goal by a day last month. At some point, I knew I wouldn’t make it but it was better to not reach the goal than to stop working out. Do what you can.
