self development: currently having issues rewiring my core beliefs, which tend to lead to depression and anxiety. (yes,they are far from the truth. yes, I am aware of this logically but unfortunately its hard to change something which has been reinforced through out most of my life).
So yet again, must remember: PATIENCE, COMMITMENT and BELIEVE, that the goal will be reached.
How can the core beliefs be changed into something positive?
