I have been on disability from IBM since 2002 and have really gotten out of any kind of routine. I operate much better when I’m on a routine and now that I find myself single, living with my fur-baby (dog) Prissie…I want so bad to get in a routine. Getting up when the alarm goes off is a good place to start I guess.
