...got postponed because of some health issues (which had also caused some financial issues, but a hefty tax return has made that better) and because of some things going on with my father (he’s been feeling suicidal the passed few months).

I’d love to plan a road trip sometime this year so that I can hit up a lot of the New England states that I haven’t been to. I’m not giving up on the AT as a possibility for next year or the year after, but I don’t have to wait to do that to hit up the other states that I need for this goal.
