I seem to be stuck in clerk positions, which is a bummer, but at the same time very exciting! I have two libraries who are interested in me as a clerk. The one I have a for sure interview this Thursday. Eep! The other they have two in-house people who are ahead of me for the position, but if they don’t want it, I’m top of the list. I also had a library call me for being a Sr. Page, but turned them down. It wasn’t worth the commute for such a low paying job.

It’s crazy how when I apply for a librarian position I hear nothing or when I call they say, sorry we filled that position, but now that I’ve been getting my name out there for lower positions people have been calling me non-stop.

I really want one of these clerk positions. It would make life so much easier. I could actually afford a car! Gasp! And I could quit the job I hate. Fingers crossed.
