This is also in the Katara. Katara is an outdoor area in Doha, full of restaurants and coffes, a beach, a brand new amphitheatre and cultural programs, exhibitions etc. The pigeon house as its name suggest is full of pigeons, only white ones. They grey ones stayed in the city. :)
