Once upon a time, I also had a huge “impulse spending” problem. Finally managed to get it under control after I started making myself go back a day or two later and return the unnecessary stuff I’d purchased. I was so embarassed to return things all the time that I finally stopped buying them in the first place.

Best luck as you move forward on this.. And look on the bright side: You’re very close to your budget limit, but not actually over it.
