feels like going from bad to worse lately. the only way im heading is down down down.
eating is at a all time low due to ordering takeout tonight… and fitness well… i cant remember the last time i went to the gym, and the last time i worked out at home was maybe 2 and a half weeks ago.
oh and i have put on weight too. no suprise there. its all my fault. i have been lazy and not bothered and not eaten well. i need to some how find a way to get back on track. i am not happy. if things carry on the way they are, im in serious trouble. i am already not happy with how much weight i have put on in such a short time.
got to get back to the old me, the healthy fit happy me.
