He’s seems like he’s got some good information & philosophy.
From the interviews I’ve heard of him, he seems long-winded. (Or maybe I’m just not getting much out of what he’s saying; he seems to like setting up semi-intricate stories, or “thought experiments”.)
Anyway, I’d suggest you look into what he has to say.
(He’s got some free downloads on his web site; if you want to give a little personal info for it. I didn’t; so I can’t vouch for any of it.)
But some of what I heard on youtube (“InnerTalk”)... I hear something different – a different quality than anything else I’ve heard. And IDK if that’s just the quality of the bit-rate, or something, or some sound-engineering that reaches for the subconscious.
