wake up at 5 am every day

If I woke up at 5am, that would give me plenty of time to do the stupid crap I love to do.

Watch youtube videos, dance to videos, work out to music, visualization, meditation, make green smoothies, sit on the computer being inspired, stretch stretch stretch, and bathe.

I have a friend who wake sup at 5:15 and starts getting ready for the day at 8 am. That is just PERFECT.

I am absolutely unproductive after 8, so its time to stop telling myself “Its 9pm I should study” and continue to procrastinate.

I found that I feel most bright in life when I am active early in the morning. I feel the most alive and healthy.

So this is a new goal!
