I am...

...the same way, actually. :) I don’t even own a clock anymore, all I have is my iPhone. I check it from time to time throughout the course of the night just to see what time it is when I wake up. When I do need an alarm, all I have to do is pick it up and either hit snooze or slide to shut off the alarm.
