My legs are a little stiff right now because I did ten sets of squats throughout the day, plus 45 minutes on an EFX as I work up to trying to run again. I’m curious if my injured leg will rebel against me tomorrow or not.
Today: 10 sets, 400 squats
Total sets: 120 of 200 sets
Total squats: 4275 squats
Remaining sets: 80 sets
