but selling my house has involved a lot more than I had originally thought as there are structural issues that must be addressed. Issues that passed inspection, somehow, 6 years ago. So in addition to fixing the issue I’ve been advised to notify my lender of the fault in the home inspection.

I’m not sure if I want to do that, I want to sell and move on. But – I would want someone else to stand up and make the call if their inspection was not correct as well, to save me from this issue.

I should be in New York on May 12, but am trying to remain open minded and can change plans if needed.
