Well I’m planning on buying a bike and running and riding outside so the gym past the swimming may not be seeing me for a bit or well for the weights.
This then raises the question at least for me about crossfit. I am very interested but then I’m very interested in P90X but even if you can do them at a beginner level I don’t want that I wanna nail them.

Well we’ll see I’ve downloaded runkeeper on my phone and gone on the site but how it works I’m at a bit of a loss. But just general fitness and strength and triathlons and everything.
Really very very tempted by crossfit though
