I did the Week 7 workout 1 exercise on the treadmill at the gym. This is a 5 min walk, then jogging for 25 minutes.
I got tired at around 25 minutes (5 min walk, 20 jog) but just slowed my pace and really tried to focus on my music.
Wednesday I will do week 7 workout 2, which is the same workout as today. Getting closer to week 9 :)
