I got this from the library. I’ve broken it down and want to read about 40 pages a day. I didn’t like the start of it and I couldn’t get into it (i’m not into books where male characters are fawning over attractive women) but it’s getting interesting and i’m becoming intrigued. I’ve read 20 pages today (at lunch). Quite a good writer, Capote. Anyway we’ll see. I can’t bear the cover of my book though. It has Audrey Hepburn on it and I find her voice very annoying. I’ve made the character look different in my head as i’m reading it though (even though she too, is winding me up).

EDIT – Forgot to come back to cross/add pages. Book finished last week I think. It took far too long. I need to commit to this ‘pages per day’ goal more. The book was ok although I wondered what the point of it was.
