I want to lose weight (read all 7 entries…)
Week 4

I have lost 2.5 pounds this week bringing the grand total to 10 pounds! I ate rather bad this week so I am worried that the week 5 weigh in will show a gain. Stupid Super Bowl parties. I just have to remind myself what I want more. Instant gratification for putting tastey food in my mouth or to weigh less so I fit more comfortable in an airplane seat.
