Amara Always disappearing & reappearing on 43things!

Jogging & MMA

Been jogging once every week now for about 30 minutes. Today I started something new, MMA training! Started out with jogging, then jumping jacks, crunches, push ups, mountain climbers. Today I learned how to proper take steps and I practiced doing jabs and cross over punches over and over again. My shoulders are sore from all the punches I threw today. I’m so proud of myself for being more physically active and I can’t wait to do more.
