Well, I did this with my brother and then another party of 2. We first watched a little video about hangliding to get our ‘license’ or whatever it is that you need to hanglide…so when we finally walked up to the dunes, the first couple of times we went with a long rope sort of attached to the glider that the instructor held on to, and then after we got the hang of it he just let us go and sort of jogged behind to make sure we were okay..but it was so much fun, and it was great cause as we were gliding you could see over the dunes to the atlantic!
