the way I wanted to. But I did eat well, all week, enough protein, vegetables and fruit. I have not been very good about this in the last few months.
I had a lot of chicken and pork this past week. I still have a ton of nutrisystem food which I am trying to eat when I go to work. I spent a lot of money on the food and don’t really want to throw any of it away if I am not going to do this full time. I find the food good so I will finish it up.
The most difficult part is scheduling my eating patterns and then switching them out on the weekends.
