...and it bothers me. I have a generous spirit, so I am mostly able to meet people where they live… except when I don’t. Like today.

A man I know is treating me unfairly… I know his circumstances, and he’s miserable right now, but that still doesn’t quell my anger. Today he gave a flowery speech about how he used to be and how he’s changed while (to me) his actions are screaming otherwise.

The Dali Llama would say that if I want to be happy, I will find compassion for him my heart. I’ve been trying, but so far, I’m still just mad.
