it has great receipes.. and nice pictures
and its doable too which is pretty good
its really practical also..
today i bought loadsa nice ingredients
for some healthy muffins which im gona
make at the wkend! im really starting
to enjoy this

i think thats great. fresh juices and smoothies with low fat yoghurt and fresh fruit(maybe some protein powder) are great too
