1) prepare in advance. It’s never too early to start!!! its okay to finish your work well in advance… it will give you the best happy vibes ever!!
2) think about the stress and unhappiness and uncertanty.
3) dont let your old ways or limited beliefs (created by ppl around you) stop you from taking this plan seriously.
4)put important tasks first, give yourself a day off and do something really fun or just unwind.
5)seek help!! dont be afraid or embarrassed to speak to a counsellor.
6) eventually procrastinating on tasks will be something you will get over and this will help you for the rest of your life.
7) love yourself, you are worthy of success and happiness.
