Josh ...and life just rolls on like a river.
- Go for five walks of at least 30 minutes.
- Strength training: body weight exercises, kettlebells, and stability ball at least five times this week.
- Publish my blog post already!!! (4/16/2012)
- Listen to 5 TED Talks.
- Restart the 28 Day Sit.
- Build the shelves for the utility/laundry room.
- Not eat out at all and only eat a very simple paleo diet.
- Earn some money on Thursday and Friday.
- Solve the Rubik’s Cube.
- Mow the Lawn.
- Get my car serviced.
- Fix the drain pipe that is leaking slightly.
- Go to the lecture and group meditation session at the Zen monastery on Wednesday morning.
- Continue to get caught up on communications (emails, texts, phone calls, comments, entries, etc).
- Volunteer at the homeless shelter on Friday afternoon/evening.
So far I haven’t been doing a so great with this goal. The first week I only accomplished about half of what was on my list and the second week I completely forgot to make a list. These are intentions and not things that absolutely have to be done this week (honestly… there isn’t much in life that absolutely has to be done ever), but I would like to get most of them done this week, though I am sure some of them won’t get accomplished because other things will come up, and that’s okay.
