I weigh 11 stone 4 1/4 this morning – so that’s a loss of 1 1/2 LB, it’s a good start!!
I’m going to go to boot camp tonight. Need to stock up on some yoghurts as they seem to be a good staple. I’ve refused a few social plans to avoid missing any food or drink, so there’s no excuses not to be dedicated to the cause. Meal out on Saturday night, but it’s at a vietnamese, so should be able to order just meat/fish and veggies.
I’d like to be 11 stone by Michelle’s Hen Party next weekend and I’ll definitely have to make a plan how to avoid putting it all back on then…
