Extension
I was afraid this might happen, but I went ahead and filed an extension for my Taxes, but in the meantime I did make significant progress.
1. Create folder for current return. [√]done
2. Install Tax Prep software. [√]done
3. Organize old return paperwork about 50% done
-blame myself for not getting organized earlier.
4. Create first ‘draft’ of return.
-filed extension, input income & itemized deductions.
5. Review
6. Confirm
7. Submit and file return.
