According to the NHS website, you can’t give blood if “You’ve had a tattoo, semi-permanent make up or any cosmetic treatments that involves skin piercing in the last 4 months.” I had my tattoo touched up at the end of March, so I have to wait til at least the end of July before I can look into booking in at a session. So July is when I will do it, I need to be more proactive about this goal, it’s an unselfish and important one.
