I’ve been on my period now for 9 days and it stinks. However, I remember far, far worse in my 20s and some of my 30s up until 5 yrs ago. Though I sorta have some PMSy stuff, it’s pretty good compared to what I’ve experienced for years.
So, I’ve had this cough now for I don’t know how long . . . 2 weeks? It’s awful and drains me.
Now I can add hurting my left knee. I did this Tuesday and rested Wed, icing and taking some Advils. Tomorrow I need to buy some Alleve. Got prayer yesterday and it seemed much better after prayer. It was much better. At least getting in/out of the car it no longer hurt.
However, Spartacus workouts are not exactly easy and easy on the body. They are grueling, probably like Insanity workouts. I’ve not seen or done those, so I don’t really know.
With being on my period and bleeding all this time, my joints feel really mushy and I don’t feel as strong, yet, I’ve continued to push. Today I attempted my workout and had to stop part way through Round 1. There are 3 rounds. I couldn’t keep going because I could feel how swollen my knee was.
So, I’ve taken more Advils, icing right now. I’m just going to try to figure out something to do, maybe just upper body and abs. Drat. I hate working upper body. I’m a leg woman.
I need to get recovered and well to be 100%. Drat!
Getting through this Beta Spartacus 2.0 program isn’t easy.
