So I enrolled myself at this free course at Udacity.com. They are still new. What sold me is the fact that the co-founder of reddit and hipmunk is there, actually teaching us how to build web applications. This is pretty sweet.

CS253 : Web Application Engineering allows me to build my very own web application

In this course, I’ll learn how to build my own blog. It basically holds the same concept as any other web apps like Mint or Freelancer or any other dynamic websites. So by learning from the ground up, I should be able to hold a grasp on building myself a web application of many varieties.

And it all starts, with a simple blog platform.
