lost_aussie is so happy to have a low key christmas and nye
I want to see if it is actually possible for me to:
1. Limit myself to 2 coffees a day
2. No more alcohol
3. Eat well (at least 3 servings fruit and a salad)
4. Drink more water (at least 2 jugs a day)
5. Exercise regularly (at least 5 times a week)
6. Get at least 8 hours shut-eye
