slowly but surely!
My stamina is still pretty rubbish but I must be doing something right because my teacher forced me to move up to the next level of classes. I was dead nervous and not at all sure I was able for it but I am now in the intermediate/advanced group! So that means I will be doing lengths rather than widths which will hopefully help with the stamina. I wish I could manage to do the swimming version of jogging. Instead I think I am doing the equivalent of a sprint but haven’t figured out how to take it easy and not sink. :-)
