Kale
I like that this one is called “dinosaur kale”. It’s supposed to have the most phytonutrients of any kale. I don’t know what a phytonutrient is, but I like the sound of it!

1011011 is getting back up and trying again
Kale Juice
is suppose to be very good for you. Early this year I was drinking a lot of vegetable juice. Each day I would prepare a combination of Carrot, Kale, Apple, Beet and Lemon juice. It became kind of expensive to have daily so I stopped. I hope to start drinking it again sometime later this year.
