Stephen I miss you Dad
I want to exercise more as a continuation of my goal to “Fix My Shoulder” that I just completed. My goal is to be able to lift and press 100 pounds by doing 30 minutes of strengthening exercises each day. My secondary goal is of course to lose weight by doing at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise per day.
So one hour a day doing a combination of aerobic and strengthening exercises each day in May will be the first benchmark of my new goal.
