so I was just questioning (casual convo) on how to control and managed anger towards parents, and her response simply put, was : “I have to deal with my mom nagging me, my sis yelling at me first thing in the morning, my mom and my older sis fighting, taking care of my younger sis, and even TODAY, after I told this dude that he cut me in the lunch line, he gave me this “uncomfortable glare” and then grudgingly listened to her” She admitted during those times, she always wanted to lash out on them, but never did.
