It’s more of a personal training gym, with less equipment and more creative circuit-type workouts. I’ve had 22 sessions so far and I’m already seeing & feeling the changes. I train 3x a week + yoga if I can squeeze it in my schedule. It’s worth every effort, worth all the pain, and I’ve made some good friends there.
