soots1 is loving her 3 year old twin boys
So, I completed week 4 which I was very pleased about.
Now I have started the recovery week and I have done the workout twice. I really enjoy this workout as it is much less impact and hard work and I am aching for the first time! Shows how much I have been cheating!!
Also, I have been listening to some nice music so I am quite relaxed during the workout that it feels almost meditative.
Fingers crossed I can still keep the motivation to complete the programme!
