Clay Buddha - sculpture #2

Its not that i really want a buddha in my garden but it was all i could think of and as a buddhist, a buddha will be nice.

So i’ve started on this second project in class. I think i should learn a lot from it and that’s why i am doing it.

I’m using the coil technique and i hope it will be a decent zize – maybe 2 feet high.

Clay could cost about $42 but i also have to go and buy a few tools. I was reluctant to do this before but now i can see that if i can learn how to work with clay, i might want to make more projects in the future after all. Clay is so versatile.
